How do I upgrade my speed package?

To upgrade your speeds you need to log in to the customer portal.

If you have never logged in to the portal, you need to go to this website: https://customer.dojonetworks.com/

 

You will see a screen that looks like this:

 

Click on the Reset password link on the lower right. You will then enter your email address that we have on file.

 

 

You will be emailed a link to reset your password so that you can login to the customer portal. 

Once you login to the customer portal you will see a screen like this:

 

If there are upgrades available at your property, there is a green button at the top of the screen that says 'Upgrade Bandwidth Package'. If there is no button this means that there are no further speed upgrades available at your property and you are at the maximum speeds available at this time.

Click on this GREEN button and you will be presented the options for upgrade.

You will see a screen like this:

Here you can choose the upgrade speed and price. You need to fill out your billing information and credit card details for billing.

Please remember that you must provide 30 days notice to cancel your upgrade account. So contact us at support@dojonetworks.com to provide notice of cancellation 30 days before you want the account to stop billing.

Your upgrade should be available within 30 minutes of the payment going through.
