WiFi?
- Does the TV ask to connect during initial setup? If so, follow the instructions to do so.
- If not, go to the TVs network settings and look for an option to connect. Look for the properties network and connect with your units passphrase.
Ethernet?
- Some older or cheaper TVs, may only support the 2.4Ghz WiFi. While this may work, it won't provide the best streaming experience and in this case, we recommend connect the TV up via a wired connection if supported.
- Depending on if your property supports wired connections and if so, how, then you can connect the TV up to one of the following:
- Your router
- Your Access Point
- Spare wall port, as some sites may have both an Access Point an a wired port on the wall
- Depending on if your property supports wired connections and if so, how, then you can connect the TV up to one of the following:
- If your TV does not have an Ethernet port, look to see if it has a USB port. You may be able to obtaining a USB-to-Ethernet adapter.
- As a last option, we recommend considering a streaming device that supports 5Ghz WiFi or better that can be connected up through an HDMI port to the TV, such as a Roku Stick.
Having Issues Connecting?
- Try to forget the network, then connect fresh
- Try restarting the TV
- Try resetting the TV
- Check if the TV has any updates, and if so, try updating the TV
