How to use the DojoNetworks Customer Portal

Visit customer.dojonetworks.com and log in.

If you cannot log in, follow the Reset password link.

From the dashboard, you'll find the following information:

  • Personal Information
    • Property Name
    • Apartment Number
    • Email Address
    • Phone Number
    • Bandwidth Plan
    • Account Status
    • Purchased Upgrades
  • Bandwidth Usage
    • Displays your internet usage over the past 5 minutes to the last year.
  • Connected Devices
    • Lists devices connected to your network.
  • Ethernet Ports
    • Shows devices connected through your wired network.
  • Open Tickets
    • Provides a view of all your open support tickets.
  • Closed Tickets
    • Displays all your closed support tickets.
  • Billing
    • Contains your billing information (if applicable).
  • Broadband Facts
    • Offers essential details about your internet service.

Actions You Can Perform in the Portal:

  • How to upgrade your speed plan
  • Update your DojoNetworks Customer Portal login information
  • Edit personal information (Email, Name, Phone Number)
  • Request upgrade plans by clicking the green upgrade button at the top of the screen. If the button is not visible, no upgrades are currently available for your location.
  • Change your Wi-Fi passphrase/password
  • Set support notifications
  • Request support assistance
